successful business acquisition strategies.
Acquisition Plan and Execution
– We develop a specific execution plan to assess
the impact of vertical, horizontal or synergistic combinations
and identify targets that fulfill the client’s objectives.
We initiate contact with targets for the client; assist
in negotiations; plus coordinate with other professional
service providers (attorneys, CPAs, financial planners
and lending sources) to provide structure to the due diligence,
financing, and closing arrangements.
Post-Acquisition Integration
- We use our knowledge and contact network to provide
assistance on matters related to communications to stakeholders,
staffing (interim and permanent) and development of process
and systems necessary to facilitate transition and integration.
