Considered an industry leader, Fred has built one of the largest valuation organizations in the Southeast United States. He has structured deals in retail, industrial, office, multi-family, medical and senior living properties and has qualified as an expert witness in state and federal courts.

PATRICK D. MORRIS, CPA, CVA, CFE

Pat has advised small to mid-sized companies for over fifteen years.  A key advisor to clients providing valuation and transaction services, he has been involved in numerous business transfer consulting engagements.  He has built and sold his own successful businesses in real estate, mortgage finance and financial services. Pat is a Certified Valuation Analyst, Certified Fraud Examiner and brings years of practical experience with taxation issues involving the transfers of real estate and closely held businesses.
